I shall just point out:
5.1.1.) The things
WHICH AGREE
and
are contained
within BOTH of the
Two Administrations
of the Covenant of Grace
( The Old & New Testaments )
AND
5.1.2.) The various things
contained within
the
Two Administrations
of the Covenant of Grace,
( in The Old & New Testaments )
WHICH MAKE THEM
DIFFERENT
from ONE ANOTHER.

5.1.1. First, The Agreement there is between
the
Two Administrations
of the Covenant of Grace,
( in The Old & New Testaments ).

5.1.1 a. Both of these Two Administrations
( in The Old & New Testaments )
of The ONE ETERNAL
COVENANT of GRACE
Agree in the Efficient Cause,
God.

The EVERLASTING
Covenant of Grace,
in its Original Constitution
in Eternity, is of God,
and therefore it is called
GOD’S COVENANT,
having been Made by Him
***
“I have Made a Covenant-
-My Covenant
I Will Not Break”
Psalms 89:3,34

And whenever any Exhibition
or Manifestation
of this Covenant was Made
to any of the Patriarchs,
in the Old Testament,
as to Abraham, David, etc.
The ETERNAL COVENANT of GRACE
is ascribed to God,
“I Will Make My Covenant
—He has Made with me
an Everlasting Covenant”
(Genesis 17:2 2; Samuel 23:5)

So the New Covenant,
or New Administration,
in the New Testament,
of The ETERNAL
COVENANT of GRACE,
runs in this form,
“I Will Make a New Covenant”
( in Hebrews 8:8).

5.1.1 b. Both of these Two Administrations
( in The Old & New Testaments )
of The ONE ETERNAL COVENANT of GRACE
Agree the Moving Cause,
of The ETERNAL COVENANT of GRACE,
is the Sovereign Mercy,
and Free Grace of God,
which Moved God
to Make the Eternal
Covenant of Grace at first,
as seen in Psalms 89:2,3;
“For I have Said,
Mercy Will be Built Up
For Ever:
Your Faithfulness Will You
Establish in the Very Heavens.
I have Made a Covenant
with My Chosen,
I have Sworn
to David My Servant.”

And every Exhibition
of the Eternal Covenant of Grace
under the First Administration,
or First Covenant in The Old Testament,
is a Rich Display of
The ONE Eternal Covenant of Grace,
and therefore it is called, the
“Mercy Promised
to the fathers”
in GOD’S
“Holy Covenant”
(in Luke 1:72),
and which has
so largely Appeared
in the Coming of Jesus Christ,
which is Ascribed to
“the Tender Mercy of our God”,
that
“Grace”
and
“Truth”,
in the Great Abundance
of GRACE and TRUTH,
are said to Come by JESUS;
The Second ADMINISTRATION
of The Covenant of Grace,
in The NEW TESTAMENT,
is called, “GRACE” and “TRUTH”,
in distinction from that
First Administration
of The ETERNAL COVENANT of GRACE,
in The Old Testament,
under the Mosaic COVENANT,
as we see in Luke 1:78 & John 1:17;

has Visited us”
& John 1:17;
“For the Law was given
by Moses,
but Grace and Truth
Came
by Jesus Christ.”

of The ONE ETERNAL COVENANT of GRACE
Agree in the Mediator,
Who is Jesus Christ;
AND THAT THERE is
but One Mediator
of The ETERNAL COVENANT of GRACE,
let it be considered
under what ADMINISTRATION it will;
even Jesus Christ,
Who under the former was Revealed
as the Seed of the woman
that should Bruise the serpent’s head,
and Make Atonement
by His Sufferings and Death,
Signified by the Expiatory Sacrifices,
under the Law.

The Shiloh,
the Peaceable One,
and the Peace Maker,
the Living Redeemer of Job,
and of all believers
under the Old Testament.

Moses, indeed,
was a Mediator,
but he was only a typical one.
***
There is but
“One Mediator
between God and man,
the Man Christ Jesus”;
there never was any other,
and JESUS is the
“Mediator
of the
New Covenant”
(1 Timothy 2:5; Hebrews 12:24).

of The ONE ETERNAL COVENANT of GRACE
Agree in the subjects
of these Two Covenants,
or Two Administrations
of the ETERNAL Covenant of Grace,
who are the Elect of God,
to whom the Blessings
of The ETERNAL COVENANT of GRACE
are Applied.

It was with the Chosen
people of God in Jesus Christ,
The ETERNAL COVENANT of GRACE
was Originally Made.
***
And this was According to
the Election of Grace
AND ARE THE Spiritual Blessings
of The ETERNAL COVENANT of GRACE
Dispensed to the children of men
(in Psalm 89:3; Ephesians 1:3,4)

So the children of men
WERE SAVED
under the First Administration
of The ONE ETERNAL COVENANT of GRACE,
from the beginning of the world,
IN THE OLD TESTAMENT,
from ADAM and EVE and
the Seed of the woman
( EVE’S CHOSEN DESCENDANTS ),
in distinction
from the seed of the serpent;
to the Remnant
According to the Election of Grace
among the Jews,
the children of the Promise
that were Counted for the Seed;
and Election, or Elect men,
who ALL Obtain the Blessings
of The ETERNAL COVENANT of GRACE
in all ages,
and under the Present Second Administration
of The ETERNAL COVENANT of GRACE,
IN THE NEW TESTAMENT,
the SAVED CHOSEN CHILDREN of GOD
RECEIVE BLESSING,
even more Abundantly,
and in Greater Numbers.
